Educational The top complaint from my clients about their previous real estate agents is, a lack of communication and education. As a real estate professional it is easy to lose sight of the client in your pursuit of completing the transation. Many agents will call believe great service is a smooth transaction, but I have higher standards. Diligent and efficient service is only a third of my responsibility as your agent. Communication and education are just as important. I pride myself on consistent communication to help my clients feel at ease. With weekly email updates, I am able to keep my clients aware of every step of the process. During the client consultation, I develop an idea of the clients base knowledge. It helps me know what real estate understanding they have. Anyone I work with, will also receive a client education packet. The packet briefly goes over keys to the process and frequently asked questions that can shine a light on the buying/selling process. Honest In sales, transparency is difficult to obtain. Every individual, from the producer, to the sales agent, to the customer are often looking to obtain differing objectives. Sometimes it is almost a wonder how we all work together! But just like those ubiquotous high school posters say, “together everyone achieves more”. Maintaining trust with my clients is paramount to a succesful transaction.
