Hello and welcome to my page. I am Brian Gifford, a realtor (the BEST!) with Keller Williams in Raleigh, North Carolina. My philosophy in life is to try to live in the moment because ultimately that is all we have. Love and laugh every day as much as possible. Be a compassionate person with the understanding that everybody is dealing with life in their own way. Change is the only certainty. Be the best husband, friend, father, brother, son, and realtor I can be EVERY day. Block out the noise and most importantly take action! I am 16 years married to my Queen and best friend Elizabeth. We have two teenage sons – Austin and Zac . Both of my sons are very active in sports from varsity lacrosse, football, and basketball. I am proud of the boys they are and look forward to seeing the men they will become. Fortunately, my brother Scott (tennis rival) and sister-in-law Alecia live in North Carolina and work as professors at UNC. They are expecting so we will have a new addition to the family in the spring! I owe so much of who I am to my parents, Chuck and Pat, especially for continuously trying to teach me how to be a good human being – yes, it is (and probably always will be) a work in progress! Our dogs are a huge part of our family. The “Wolfpack” consists of Kona (Black Lab/Rottweiler mix who’s my spirit animal), Cali (Pit mix and a sweetheart), Summer (Beagle Mix that is the smallest but the toughest), Whiskey (Retriever/Collie mix puppy and insane). They are the craziness of our household! “Exciting and Active” is a good way to describe our life. My limited down-time is typically spent at the beach, golfing, attending country concerts, playing tennis, fishing, and relaxing in my Tiki bar with the Queen enjoying a glass of good Bourbon. My 15+ years of experience as a sales executive in the tech industry with several Fortune 500 companies has garnered a unique skill-set I feel many of the realtors in the Triangle do not possess. Skills such as using technology and social media to reach more buyers and the versatility to relate and work with people of varying ages and backgrounds has proven to be very useful to me over the years. Having a long history of successfully brokering deals in both the private and business sector, ranging from ten thousand to five million dollars, has led to a high level understanding of the art of negotiation. Ultimately, I have found listening is the key to selling! A thorough understanding of my clients’ needs and good old fashioned hustle gets the job done right the first time.
